An 1,140 SF guest house with one bedroom and one bathroom, plus a 620 SF millwork shop with an elevated overhead door for truck access. A covered porch completes the design, balancing function and comfort in a compact footprint.

A full renovation of a 3,200 SF farmhouse, restored from the studs up. Features include a half-wrapped porch, indoor and outdoor fireplaces (gas or wood-burning), a concrete safe room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an office. Final touches included a stone wainscot, updated paint, and new landscaping — completed just in time for Christmas.

A 2,400 SF open-span maintenance shop with a 20-foot eave height, ACAI’s tallest building to date. The facility includes embedded relay rails for heavy machinery and met high safety standards throughout the build.

A 3,456 SF residential shop featuring a cigar room, full bathroom, and attached carport. The structure, ACAI’s first Lester Building, was sealed with closed-cell spray foam and finished with a metal liner. Interior finishes include a 3′ stone wainscot and Northern White Pine in the cigar room, complementing the natural surroundings.
