Our Story

In early 2004, two brothers from Lafayette, Alabama, founded Adams Construction & Associates, Inc. (“ACAI”) with the vision of providing a full-service approach to. Randall and Nick Adams saw a gap in the local market where no contractors were interested or equipped to provide a full-service experience from raw land to the delivery of keys. Coming from humble beginnings, both brothers were familiar with hard work and came prepared to meet every challenge head-on. During our 20+ year journey, ACAI has seen its fair share of ups and downs – from suspending operations in 2008 to Randall buying Nick’s share in 2013, to the additions of our civil engineering, building construction, and construction testing departments, ACAI has weathered the storms and seized the opportunities. It is rare to find a situation that our team has not already experienced and solved, but when we are challenged, we have the best people and network to find the best solution.
