Executive Assistant

Manage front desk and help with answering phone calls, responding to emails, directing visitors, coordinating meetings/appointments and performing clerical task such as bookkeeping, budgeting procedures, & tracking/replacing office supplies as necessary.

Soil Scientist

Perform field soil analysis for perc tests, utilize standard laboratory equipment such as sieves and Casagrande cup to classify soils. Prepare ADPH permit applications and design onsite septic systems. Knowledge of Topcon Surveying equipment and Carlson AutoCAD is preferred.

Perform boundary, platting, topographical, and other various land surveying tasks in Alabama and Georgia.

Surveying Licenses in Alabama and Georgia and ability to use lidar drone equipment is preferred.

RANDALL ADAMS
FOUNDER, OWNER, & PRESIDENT

Randall Adams oversees all aspects of business development and is responsible for the creation and implementation of our marketing strategy. Mr. Adams is actively involved with all aspects of the company, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each client. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry that began with Harmon Engineering and Contracting where he served as a general superintendent and later Project Manager. In 2004, Randall started Adams Construction & Associates, Inc. with a goal of creating a great team that not only cares about the company but also cares about the customers. Randall has always believed the success of a business depends on the quality and performance of its people

BRIAN LEE, P.E.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER & PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Brian was raised in Wetumpka, Alabama and has spent his lifetime operating and maintaining equipment. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 2010 joining his family as a 3rd-generation engineer to graduate from Auburn. Brian’s experience in construction, contracting, engineering, and small business ownership makes him a valuable asset to any project he is a part of. He holds multiple professional and contracting licenses in the southeast.
